Juventus beat Liverpool and Tottenham to the signing of Santos superkid Kaio Jorge.
Liverpool were 'informed' of the situation of Brazilian forward Jorge, who joined Juventus from Brazilian club Santos last week.
That is according to the agent of the player, who confirmed that the Reds were following the player's future alongside Tottenham and Atletico Madrid.
The player's agent Andrea Bagnoli told Calciomercato.com: “I know that he was followed with interest by Atletico Madrid, Liverpool and Tottenham, but all the top clubs were informed."
Jorge completed his medical at Juve last week.
