Tottenham have matched Metz's asking price for Pape Matar Sarr.
The 18 year-old Senegal international has been the subject of multiple offers from Spurs this summer.
Le 10 Sport says in the last 24 hours, Spurs have now reached the €30m valuation demanded by Metz.
The two clubs must now settle on whether Sarr remains with Metz on-loan or moves to London immediately.
Tottenham and Sarr has already settled on personal terms.
