Former Liverpool defender Dan Agger is ready to make a playing return.
Agger, now coach of HB Koge, has registered himself for the season. The decision has been made with the Danish Second Division outfit suffering an injury crisis.
"We are hard hit by injuries at the moment, and therefore Daniel came and said that if it is really, really needed, he can help at the end of a match," says director Per Rud to Ritzau.
"For that reason, we have brought home his player license and registered him."
Agger, 36, took charge of HB Koge earlier this year.
