Chelsea have pulled back from talks with Sevilla for Jules Kounde.
The Blues have been haggling with Sevilla for several days over a fee for the defender.
Negotiations had reached a point where Kounde was left out of Sevilla's squad for their clash with Elche.
But after Sevilla suddenly upped their demands, Chelsea pulled back yesterday.
The Blues have informed Sevilla they will not consider their current asking price after moving the goal posts.
Kounde is at Clairefontaine today to join up with Didier Deschamps' France squad.
