Edin Dzeko was delighted to score for new club Inter Milan in their friendly defeat of Dynamo Kyiv.
Dzeko had just completed his move from Roma when getting on the pitch against the Ukrainians.
“The sensations are beautiful, I'm very happy," Dzeko told InterTV. “This is a great opportunity for me, I want to thank the management and the coach for their trust.
“They still think I can make a difference. I arrive at Inter, a great club, the Italian champions. In these six years in Serie A, I have been able to see closely what Inter are and what they represent: now, I can play with them and I'm very happy.
“I can't wait to go on the pitch with my teammates."
