Mikel Arteta has five games to save his job at Arsenal.
The Telegraph says the Gunners will make a move for unattached coach Antonio Conte if results don't improve in the coming weeks.
Arteta needs to pick up some positive results from the team's next five games or he'll 'face a fight' to keep his job.
Arsenal lost their opening two Premier League fixtures to newly promoted Brentford and European champions Chelsea.
And IF the Gunners decide to part company with Arteta, they will reportedly turn to Prem winner Conte to drag them up the table.
Conte is currently without a club following successful spells with Juventus, Italy, Chelsea and Inter Milan - winning Serie A last term.
