Former Manchester City winger Rabbi Matondo is on the move from Schalke.
The Wales international, following Schalke's relegation, was made available this summer and is now on the brink of joining Cercle Brugge.
Matondo spent the second-half of last season on-loan with Stoke City.
Sport1 says the 20 year-old will now join Cercle in a similar deal for the coming season.
Matondo joined Schalke two years ago from City for €9m.
