Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl says he accepts the sale of Danny Ings to Aston Villa.
Hasenhuttl insists there's no losers in the deal.
He said, "We have had a fantastic player over the last few years and he has helped us stay in the league. In the end, he chose not to extend with us. He chose to move somewhere else and that's fair, but we lose a great player and person and we then get a lot of money for him, even though he only had a year left.
"It is an agreement where we only have winners on all sides. We can replace him, and we have to, because we need a player who can score our goals.
"I know we have others on the team who now also have to step up, but it is clear that we now have this money, and we will need it to bring in maybe two players that we need, into the squad."
