Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has cast doubt on taking the Germany job in the future.

Klopp currently has a deal to 2024 and it's been suggested he could take the Germany post once the current contract expires.

But he told BILD: "There is no point in saying anything about it because there is still a long way to go. How am I going to know what is going to happen in three years? Most people don't even know where they will be in two or three weeks."

About managing the Mannschaft, the German commented, "If it is my end at Liverpool in 2024, I will first have a year off. Hansi Flick's contract would have to run until 2025 for me to be taken into account. Nobody has to call me in 2024."
