Werder Bremen attacker Josh Sargent is attracting Premier League interest.
Werder had hoped to keep hold of the 21 year-old this new season, despite their relegation, but are prepared to sell for the right price.
CBS reports Norwich City have made a move for Sargent, with negotiations at an advanced stage.
Sargent has a deal to 2022 with Werder, though it doesn't carry a buyout clause.
The attacker can leave Werder for €20m.
