Manchester United forward Edinson Cavani has thanked the club's supporters for his new chant.
The Uruguayan striker has become a huge hit with the club's supporters after his outstanding goals and tireless work rate during the 2020/2021 campaign.
Cavani's song, based on 'So High' by German band XTN, is as follows: "I am in love, I can't deny; Our number seven is the king of Uruguay. El Matador, who could that be?; His first name's Edinson, his second's Cavani…"
The club's no.7 posted a video of the chant on Instagram, along with the message "Thanks for the affection" in both English and Spanish.
Cavani will be hoping to have some involvement in United's second Premier League game of the season against Southampton at the weekend.
