Chelsea fullback Marcos Alonso has supported a petition to have ref Anthony Taylor banned from refereeing their matches.
The Daily Mail says Alonso liked a post about a petition calling for Taylor to be banned from officiating Chelsea fixtures after he sent off Reece James in their 1-1 draw with Liverpool.
The decision saw Mohamed Salah convert the resulting spotkick.
Following the game, fans launched a petition calling for Taylor to be stopped from refereeing future Chelsea matches. Fan page 'Chelseapulse' shared a picture of the petition, which was liked by left back Alonso.
The defender has since unliked the post but Chelsea's players are clearly still aggrieved by Taylor's decision.
