Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta insists Granit Xhaka is staying at the club.

The Switzerland midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Roma.

Xhaka recently returned to training before scoring in Arsenal's 2-1 friendly defeat to Chelsea on Sunday

"Granit [Xhaka] is going to stay with us," Arteta confirmed.

"He is a key member of our squad. He wanted to play."
