Leicester City are eyeing Bayern Munich defender Chris Richards.
The 21 year-old USA international is available from Bayern this summer and is a loan target for RB Leipzig.
The Independent says Community Shield winners Leicester are also keen - and Bayern could be willing to sell Richards in a permanent deal.
Bayern chief Oliver Kahn admits they could sell the youngster to help fund their own plans: "The development of the roster is an ongoing process.
"That is why we are of course constantly monitoring the market."
