Olmo surprised by leaving FC Barcelona's La Masia acacemy aged 16 and signing for Dinamo Zagreb. After developing as a player in Croatia, Olmo signed for RB Leipzig and would go onto to become a regular for the Spanish national team.
Olmo is now away in Japan with Spain as they chase a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics.
