Everton midfielder Nathangelo Markelo is on his way to PSV Eindhoven.
The versatile Dutchman, who can play at centre-back, wing-back or in midfield, joined the Blues in the summer of 2017 from FC Volendam in his homeland and played for the Toffees Under-23 team.
He has now left for PSV, where he will join PSV's Under-23 team, which are coached by Ruud van Nistelrooy.
Markelo returns to the Netherlands having spent last season on with FC Twente in the Dutch top-flight.
Having joined Everton as a defender, it was Unsworth who moved Markelo further forward.
