Manchester City midfielder Kevin de Bruyne is disappointed seeing Romelu Lukaku on the brink of a return to Chelsea.
Chelsea are closing on a massive cash deal for the Inter Milan striker.

The City ace is close to Lukaku and had urged him to join the Premier League champions at the end of last season. City even made an offer the the Belgian in March, but Inter refused.
Now Chelsea are on the brink of landing Lukaku for a fee in the region of £100m.
