West Ham's move for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has again stalled.

The Mirror says the Hammers have concerns over a knee problem which has surfaced in the final part of the player's medical, held in Paris on Thursday.

West Ham have refused to comment but discussions are being held over their next move. Zouma is waiting on their decision.

It is the latest hold up in the transfer after a fee and was agreed with the European Champions for the 26-year-old centre-back last week.

First Zouma's £125,000-a-week wage demands appeared to be a tall order for West Ham before he agreed terms on a five-year deal. Then issues arose relating to agents at the start of the week.

Now Zouma's fitness is the latest potential setback.
