Romelu Lukaku says he will send a message to Inter Milan fans soon ahead of his move to Chelsea.
The Belgian has reportedly made his way to London to complete a medical with the Blues.
A £97.5m transfer has been agreed between the two clubs.
Official confirmation of the move is expected on Tuesday.
Speaking at the airport, Lukaku told Sky Italia: "I'm gonna send a message [to Inter fans] soon."
