FC Rostov have rejected Premier League attempts to prise away Matthias Normann.
The 25 year-old midfielder has attracted approaches from Newcastle United and Norwich City. However, Rostov have refused to do business.
Normann has been playing for Rostov since 2019, when he moved to the Russian club from Premier League outfit Brighton.
His contract with the Rostovites is valid until 2024.
Both Newcastle and Norwich remain eager to add to their midfield this month.
