West Ham United are passing on a deal for Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma.
Sky Sports says the two clubs cannot find a fee for the France international, while Zouma's personal demands are proving too rich.
Zouma has already resisted being part of a swap offer to Sevilla for Jules Kounde.
For now, the defender is happy to remain at Stamford Bridge, despite doubts over his status under manager Thomas Tuchel.
Zouma has a deal to 2023.
