Barcelona coach Ronald Koeman is delighted with the early impact of Yusuf Demir.
The Austria international joined Barca on-loan this summer from Rapid Vienna and has shone in preseason.
Mundo Deportivo says Koeman has congratulated sporting director Ramon Planes for identifying and bringing Demir to Barca.
In Barca's five preseason friendlies, Koeman started the teen in four and was rewarded with a goal and an assist.
Demir joined Barca on a 12 month loan for €500,000 and can be bought outright from Rapid for €10m.
