Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa admits they need a win ahead of facing Watford on Saturday.

Leeds are one of five teams yet to record a victory after six Premier League games this season.

"It's always important to win, especially when you've gone six games without winning," said Bielsa.

"Even more so if you occupy the bottom three. The performances have been opposite to these negative aspects and it's important to come back from this situation."

He added: "The players have not lost confidence. There is no need to restore something already there."

On Xisco Munoz's side, Bielsa said: "A solid, combative team with players of experience. They fundamentally complicate their development of the opponent and have forwards who are quick and can surprise you. They compliment the defensive aspect by passing in behind."

In a lengthy answer when speaking about last weekend's defeat by West Ham, Bielsa said: "If you analyse the origin of how the opponent created their chances, there is only one counter-attack, we didn't lose the ball once in our own half where it caused us danger. There was a lot of shots from distance which implies that our defenders were not overcome."
