Daniel James admits it was ready to move on from Manchester United, whilst thanking Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for the trust he showed in him.

The Wales winger spent two seasons at Old Trafford, but will now use his talents in Yorkshire after Leeds paid £25m for his signature.

"I had a great two seasons there," James said. "I learned so much, played with great players.

"The manager (Ole Gunnar Solskjaer) brought me in and he fully trusted in me and I will always thank him for that.

"I had a great time there, great memories, but it's a new chapter in my career now and it's one that I'm fully looking forward to."
