Chelsea are considering AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie as a replacement for Jorginho.
The Daily Express says Chelsea are contemplating a move for Kessie at the end of the season.
The Blues are reportedly willing to pay the midfielder £6.9m a year to join as a free agent next July, while Paris Saint-Germain are also in the hunt for his signature.
Jorginho has been linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge and Kessie is considered an ideal replacement to partner N'Golo Kante in central midfield.
Jorginho's agent has again spoken of the prospect of returning to Serie A just this week.
