Besiktas have made a bid for Arsenal midfielder Mohamed Elneny.
The Daily Star says Arsenal have received an official offer from Besiktas for Elneny.
The newspaper says that according to reports in Turkey, the club have approached for the midfielder, who spent the 2019/20 season on loan at Besiktas, making 26 appearances.
The Turkish transfer window closes on September 8.
