Leeds United fielded several offers for young attacker Sam Greenwood over the summer.

Having impressed for the Under 23s, a whole host of Championship sides were reportedly ready to offer Greenwood valuable game time in the second-tier, says Football Insider.

However, the Whites were not ready to let their man leave, even on a loan deal, with Marcelo Bielsa keen to keep him close in the first-team squad.

Swansea City and Bournemouth were among those interested, but the latter opted to sign Jamal Lowe instead.
