Real Madrid fullback Dani Carvajal was forced off during their win at Valencia.
Carvajal was once again substituted through injury during Real Madrid's trip to Valencia in LaLiga Santander on Sunday evening.
The right-back came off after 25 minutes before in what was just his fifth match since his return, being replaced by Lucas Vazquez.
He started this season injured and was unavailable for Los Blancos' first match of the season against Alaves, but returned at Levante on August 22.
It appeared that his substitution may have just been a precautionary measure, although it remains to be seen whether that is the case or whether he has in fact suffered another muscular injury.
