Mathias Zanka Jørgensen is delighted with his move to Brentford.
Zanka joined Brentford after being released from his contract at Fenerbahce.
He said, "There was a bit of talk between the agent and the club, which is the Danish connection, and I have previously played under Brian Riemer (Brentford assistant) in FCK. So there has been some talk and also previous years about a possible shift.
"It succeeded this year and I am really happy about it. Now I just want to try to fall in and get up to speed.
"I have to learn everything there is to learn about the team and the club so I am ready when I am needed."
