Alongside the launch of the Xiaomi 11T series, the brand has also announced the 11 Lite 5G NE in Malaysia.

The phone is similar to the original Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite that we reviewed earlier this year the only difference is that this new edition (hence the 'NE' moniker) comes with a more powerful Snapdragon 778G chipset, as opposed to the Snapdragon 732G that powered the original device.
Elsewhere, you can expect unchanged hardware, such as a 6.55-inch AMOLED display, a 64MP triple-camera setup, a super thin (6.81mm) and light (158g) body, and up to 33W of fast charging.
The phone is available in plenty of colours such as Truffle Black, Bubblegum Blue, Peach Pink, and the new Snowflake White. If you get the 8GB+128GB model, you'll also snag a free Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 Basic; while the 8GB+256GB version will get you a Mi Watch Lite on top of the earphones.
