Manchester United boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer was delighted after their dramatic 2-1 win at West Ham.

Jesse Lingard put United 2-1 ahead after coming off the bench only for Luke Shaw to give away a penalty for handball in injury-time. However, David de Gea saved the spotkick taken by Mark Noble, who had been substituted on for the moment.

Solskjaer said, "I've seen him score so many penalties, sometimes it goes for you, sometimes it goes against you.

"So happy for Jesse, he had a tough evening on Tuesday, he knuckled down, he's a positive lad, so happy for him. A good turn by Jesse, good finish."

On what pleased him, Solskjaer added: "The attacking football, the movement. We've got to work better defensively, this is something we will work on."
