AS Roma chief Tiago Pinto has sung the praises of captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.
Pinto admits management are delighted with the way the Italy midfielder has kicked off the new season.
He said, "Pellegrini? A certain empathy is created. Then Lorenzo is the leader with or without an armband and we are all happy for him."
He then added: "We have to think game after game and I say it because we believe it.
"With (Jose) Mourinho we have started a path and with time we will improve."
