Chelsea defender Ethan Ampadu has joined Venezia on a season-long loan.
The 20-year-old penned a three-year contract extension with the Blues, keeping him at Stamford Bridge until 2024.
It is the third loan spell of the Welshman's career, having spent time with Sheffield United and RB Leipzig respectively.
Ampadu was linked with Newcastle United, but will now enjoy a new challenge in Serie A.
