PENAMPANG: Residents in three residential blocks in Country Heights Apartments, here, are up in arms after being kept on their toes for the past nine months by recurring flash floods despite being on high ground.
They blame their misery on the management’s “lack of enthusiasm and determination to address adjacent slope erosion” which has gone from bad to worse since January 18.
