Belgium great Marc Degryse says Club Brugge midfielder Charles De Ketelaere should target a move to England.
De Ketelaere is expected to be sold by Club Brugge at the end of the season.
And Degryse said on HLN Sportcast: "Manchester City still seems a bit too ambitious to me. But maybe first an intermediate step, to a club that has ambition.
"Like Leicester City, for example. If you can continue to grow there, then the sky is the limit."
The 20 year-old De Ketelaere was capped by Belgium last season.
