Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl was happy with Armando Broja's home debut in their 0-0 draw with West Ham.

It marked a first appearance at St Mary's for the on-loan Chelsea striker.

Hasenhuttl said, "Yes, this is what I expect of him. He was full of self-confidence after the international week away. He's scored and assist. His speed and his dynamic, he can definitely be a threat for the opponent and I was happy with his performance."

He added: "It's a pity that we don't have a win at the moment, because this helps you massively when you have three points. But it's also important that we can take clean sheets and today was the first this season.

"So we take the positive out of it, and finally, with a little bit more luck I think we can also win against these teams."
