Former Barcelona captain Carles Puyol has urged unity from the club's fans as the team struggles for form.
The captain for much of the club's golden era took to social media to send a message of unity at a time of division between president Joan Laporta and coach Ronald Koeman.
Puyol posted to social media: "These aren't easy times, but only if we are united and support the team will it be easier to move forward.
"Come on Barcelona, now and always."
Puyol's opinion still carries weight with Barcelona fans, who admire their former defender, and reacted positively to the message he put out.
