Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti says there'll be no underestimating Champions League opponents Sheriff.

With construction work having now been virtually completed at the Bernabeu, the visit of Sheriff will be the return of the Champions League to the stadium, bringing to an end the use of the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano, and there is hope the boost in atmosphere will help the team.

"It's a Champions League match, all matches in this competition must be prepared for well," Ancelotti said.

"We are very excited to return to the Bernabeu because we have very good memories.

"Sheriff are doing well, we must be careful because they're a team that are organised and fast in attack, we must have maximum concentration, we need three points."

Eduardo Camavinga and Federico Valverde look to be the midfield pairing of the future for Los Merengues, yet Ancelotti feels as though it is important to have depth in the position.

"It's important for us that in the middle we have Modric, Casemiro, Kroos, Valverde, Isco, Asensio and Camavinga," Ancelotti added.

"They will all be useful, the difficult thing isn't to select a team. In the past I have rarely had a midfield with this quality, the difficulty comes when you don't have players this good."
