Tottenham signing Emerson Royal concedes some regret leaving Barcelona.
Having arrived from co-owners Real Betis over the summer, Emerson was sold by Barca this week to Spurs.
In a farewell post, Emerson declared: "Well, Barcelona, our meeting went very quickly. I think you heard that my childhood dream was to wear your shirt, meet your fans, your home. The child who wore Blaugrana colours as a child opened his eyes and found himself in front of an older guy who was ready to help you.
"We all know that dreams have no size, they have no form or time. I woke up. And when it happened, got all the love of the fans, teammates, went to your field. Thank you for living a little of what you always imagined.
"We never know what awaits us. We never know if a dream is a bit of a reality or a reality is a bit of a dream. Cheer up, Barcelona! I want to thank you for believing in this dreamy boy."
