Real Madrid are in advanced talks to secure Miguel Gutierrez and Sergio Arribas to new deals.
The pair, who are both part of Castilla coach Raul's squad this season, come off contract at the end of this season.
Goal says left-back Gutierrez will sign a deal to 2024, with a buyout clause of €40m.
Midfielder Arribas, meanwhile, will pen terms to 2025 and his buyout clause will be set at €50m.
Both youngsters saw plenty of first team action last season.
