Sevilla defender Jules Kounde's first club is upset seeing a big money move to Chelsea denied.
Chelsea were willing to pay €45m to sign Kounde over the summer, but Sevilla refused to do business.
Kounde's junior club La Brède FC, which play in France's Regional 1, would've been due one per cent of the fee - £450,000 - if it had gone through.
The club's president Tony Gomez lamented: "We could have done things with this 450,000 euros.
"It was about two years of operation for the club..."
