France coach Didier Deschamps has sung the praises of Cristiano Ronaldo after his successful return to Manchester United.
The 36 year-old struck twice on his 'second debut' for United in Saturday's 4-1 defeat of Newcastle.
And France coach Deschamps admits he has long admired the striker.
Deschamps told Telefoot: "He has been maintaining himself at a very, very high level for many years.
"He is one of the very best despite his age, and he still keeps his efficiency."
