Romelu Lukaku continued his fine form in front of goal in Belgium's 3-0 win over Czech Republic.

In his 100th cap for Belgium, the Chelsea striker opened the scoring with eight minutes on the clock after he raced onto a Hans Vanaken through ball to score with a first-time finish from the edge of the box.

Vanaken then assisted Eden Hazard just before half-time to make it 2-0.

Lukaku went from goalscorer to provider for Belgium's third, setting up Alexis Saelemaekers with a superb flick-on.

28-year-old Lukaku is just the sixth player to reach 100 caps for Belgium.

Belgium top Group E on 13 points from five games, six points clear of the second-placed Czechs. Wales.
