Chelsea star Mason Mount insists England have no intention of letting their standards slip in World Cup Qualifying.
The Three Lions are off to a fantastic start in their quest to reach the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
As they sit top of their UEFA qualifying group, Mount believes they have the mental discipline to continue winning games, despite their relatively comfortable position in the table.
"The leaders wouldn't let that mentality drop at all," Mount told reporters.
"As a group, we are close. We set the standard so high and we don't ever want to drop below that. The last game could be a sticky performance and we make it difficult for ourselves.
"But going into the game with the right mentality, with the brightness on the ball, and the players who started the game made it easier than it could have been. That's all down to the togetherness that we have as a group."
