Italian sporting director great Walter Sabatini is surprised Liverpool or Manchester United failed to sign Fulham midfielder Andre-Franck Zambo Anguissa.
Anguissa is currently on-loan with Napoli.
Sabatini says he is “amazed" the biggest English clubs did not make a move to sign Anguissa when the transfer window was open.
“I don't understand how [anyone in] the Premier League didn't notice [Anguissa]," Sabatini told CalcioNapoli24.
“I am amazed that the two Manchester teams, Chelsea and Liverpool did not arrive on a Fulham player."
