Wolves boss Bruno Lage admits he wants to see more from Fabio Silva.
The former Porto striker has found himself relegated to the U23s this season.
Lage said: "Fábio is in my plans. What's important for someone his age is not to run away from a challenge. The challenge is here. If you're going to look for the best opportunities to play, you'll find comfort.
"But football is not about comfort. It's about fighting for what you want, and in the end, it's good when you get it if you deserved it on the pitch, training hard every day.
"I have a past of working with young people and I know they want things to happen quickly. I'm 45 years old, I don't think I'm old, but in my life I've had to work for everything. Nowadays, when you look at kids, they all want to put them in the first team, but then they need to fight and show what they're worth."
