Former Inter Milan striker Alessandro Altobelli isn't convinced of their chances of a successful title defence.
Altobelli rates AC Milan and Napoli ahead of the title holders.
He told 20th Minute: "Seeing Napoli and AC Milan, it seems to me that Inter at this start of the championship is not on par.
“To date, (Simone) Inzaghi's team has something less than the first two, but the championship is long and there is a market in January that can change many things."
AC Milan and Napoli currently sit top of the Serie A table.
