The shot stopper, who plays for Saint-Etienne in Ligue 1, has never played in his home country.
According to TEAMtalk, Tottenham and West Ham United are among the teams eager to sign Green.
The youngster had the chance to play for France, but chose England, despite appearing for the French at youth level.
He is even under consideration for a senior call up to Gareth Southgate's squad, due to his impressive displays in Ligue 1.
