Former Napoli defender Paolo Cannavaro is worried about Chelsea's interest in Lorenzo Insigne.
Insigne is now inside the final year of his contract and could commit to a Chelsea pre-contract from January 1.
“We all hope he will renew," Cannavaro told Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“Times may seem short, but I signed three months before the deadline.
“My wish is for Lorenzo to stay in Naples, but let's be realistic and I say that he's a great player. It's normal that he's tempted by other great teams too."
