Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is ready to engage with Tottenham regarding Sergio Reguilon.

The Spanish left-back arrived at Spurs from Real two summers ago, with the deal including a buy back clause for Real.

Reguilon is now a regular for Spurs, impressing in the Premier League over the past year and a few months.

According to Defensa Central, Real could activate a buyout clause in the contract that allows them to secure Reguilon from Spurs for £34 million.

That clause is valid until the end of the season, but Real may even try to negotiate a lower price if Spurs are willing to discuss the transfer.
